Early Bird / After Hours Drop-Off
The after-hours drop-off is located just to the left of the Service Entrance. It's as simple as locking your car, filling out a drop-off envelope, placing your keys inside the envelope and dropping it in the Early Bird slot, located under the window next to the entrance.
Drivers Wanted Café
Don't let waiting to have your car serviced keep you from getting the job done. Volkswagen Danbury offers a number of private workstations - many with computers - in our Service waiting area, and free Wi-fi throughout the store. Our "Drivers Wanted Café" features a variety of complimentary beverages and snacks.

Alternative Transportation
