You have top notch service advisors and techs. And the communication and videos were great. The only improvement would be if you had more loaner cars available. But I finally took advantage of the uber which was super convenient!

I had spoken with another Volkswagon dealership about turning in my lease and was not happy with the outcome, so I went home and a few days later called Volkswagon Danbury and spoke to John Brennan and he took the time to put together a deal I was very happy with.
