I brought the car in the night before the service appointment. I was told exactly what service was going to be performed and they called me before doing any other service to get my approval. The sent me a video of the inspection of the car by the mechanic. My service advisor Eric was great, he spoke German very nicely and he was clear as to what was going on. My car was washed and vacuumed and it smelt sanitized when I got it back. The car was done earlier than expected. All around a wonderful experience. I was able to pick the day I wanted to bring the car in.
