I was able to schedule my car for service two days after going to the Danbury VW service center web site. The service which I thought would require them keeping my car for a couple days was done same day and for a reasonable price. Service advisor as well as technician who sent a video of what the car needed were excellent to work with.

The folks that work at Danberry Volkswagen are always so kind and make the experience pleasant. They’re always so friendly when I arrive. The snacks that y’all have inside are great and it’s not a bad place to wait and get some work done while your car is getting checked. I always feel like I understand exactly what is going on with my car based on the video that sent to me by the technicians and the front desk. Staff always explains everything again. My car is always beautiful and clean when I get it back.
