    First visit as new owner of this Jetta. Was generally happy with the scheduling and day of service experience. Disappointment came when we found out the next time we took the care on the highway and a bump caused the splash shield / lower engine cover to dislodge because it was new re-secured properly.

His accommodating nature and laid-back approach were a refreshing change from the typical car-buying experience. Having purchased multiple luxury-brand vehicles in the past, we still never experienced that top-tier service because the sales associates were only worried about the sale, making for a high pressure environment.
