The sales person we dealt with was pleasant and professional. I appreciated that there was no hard-sell or "attitude" that's unfortunately quite common with auto sales. The product should sell itself not the sales person, and this seemed to be his approach.

Poor communication overall. Part should have been ordered two weeks prior to service only to find out that it was not causing two trips to the dealer instead of one. Lack of clear explanation of what work was being done and what other service options were available. No available loaner car, in this day and age that's just poor!
