This actual service was pretty good, it's the fact that it had to come back after the car was in for a month for the same issue before and it wasn't fixed then.

I had great experience from the moment I walked into the dealership. No one was pushy and they let me have my space to look at the GTI I was interested in. John was wonderful and we bonded as soon as he approached me. He answered all of my questions and even added some important details I hadn't thought of. The test drive went well, and John took the time to explain all of the features and how the tech worked on the car. I fell in love with the GTI and once we got down to talking numbers John showed me a varied of options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and really crunched a lot of different numbers for me.
