Just an oil change this time. As usual they gave the outside a quick wash and vacuumed the interior. The staff is friendly, remembers my name, and cares about their customers.

We purchased the drive easy extended warranty when we bought the car. It seems everytine we need something on the list of covered items we have to jump through hoops to get it. It shows at the end of print out we have it. Therefore if we need something on the list why is it not done without any questions. I see last year we had new tires put on and were charged for the front end alignment that should have been covered by the plan. Also had windshield wipers replaced that should have covered (2 sets covered according to plan) but we were told we had to pay. Will never purchase an extended warranty again. Not happy overall with problems getting items covered by the plan when needed. We spent almost $2000 last year. We should not have charged for the front end alignment!
