    The service department at Danbury VW offers excellent customer service. During my most recent visit for the 60,000 mile service on my car, I encountered professional, helpful and efficient service personnel. The work on my car was completed with care.

    Danbury Volkswagen's service was spectacular. I came in for a part replacement due to a recall. Setting up the appointment was easy and within a reasonable timeframe. They had the part in stock. Dropping the car was a breeze, as was picking it up - same day - in the afternoon. They even washed it! That was a particularly nice touch considering the recall service was free. Great service. Will definitely come back.
