Had a fantastic experience. The service team led by John Hanson was exceptional. Our care representative Jerry was thorough with explaining the issue with the vehicle and was able to secure us a loaner vehicle on short notice. We had run into additional problems with the cooling system during the initial repairs and the service team opted to take care of them at no extra charge since they weren’t identified during the initial diagnosis. My wife and I can’t give them enough praise!!
