    Everything was so easy. When we walked in the showroom door Erik greeted us and offered his assistance. Wow. What amazing knowledge he has of cars and especially VWs which we have never owned before. He never pushed us in any way. And made us so comfortable as did the manager. What a great team in Danbury. We are totally happy with our car. It is beyond what we expected!

    John B was fantastic from start to finish! Zero pressure but able to answer all of my many questions. He was a joy to work with. Steve the general manager was great too!     I was treated so nicely when I brought my car in for an oil change. Eric the service advisor was wonderful. Checking on me every so often to see if I needed anything while I waited.
